maildir-filter software package provides Simple program to filter messages into Maildir folders from dot-qmail, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install maildir-filter
maildir-filter is installed in your system.
Make ensure the maildir-filter package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep maildir-filter *
You will get with maildir-filter package name, version, architecture and description in a table
